Are you feeling unsatisfied with your relationship?  Perhaps you are looking to preemptively work on potential roadblocks?  Do you want to do some maintenance work now on your relationship in order to prevent future difficulties? Maybe you know where to start, maybe the problem feels elusive.  All of our relationships, to be successful, require healthy communication, rules of engagement, and respect for our own and others' boundaries.

Dr. Hasting has an extensive history of working with couples and families, especially as it relates to difficult marital dynamics, difficulties with parenting, and grief-related hardships.  Her approach includes looking at the relationship through a systemic, relational lens and examining the link between clients' family of origin dynamics and current dynamics, working on communication strategies, marital issues, parenting strategies, and utilizing family psychodrama techniques.   Dr. Hasting is an LGBTQIA+ ally.

Private Pay only ~ $230 per 50-55 minute session. No insurance billing, except in the state of Hawaii (HMSA PPO and HMAA only). 

Theresa is licensed in the states of Georgia, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, and Texas.  All counseling is via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
