Dr. Hasting utilizes a whole-person approach, looking to integrate the mind, body, and soul to provide a healing experience through attachment/relational therapy and evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, expressive arts, Sandplay (for Big Island clients only), and psychodrama therapies.

Dr. Hasting is licensed/registered to provide therapy in Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, South Carolina, & Texas as an LPC-S/LMHC. All counseling is via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
