Journey of Transformation Intensives

Are you looking to dive deep into exploring yourself and/or your relationship with your partner? Are you looking to jumpstart your therapeutic process? Are you trying to untangle the roots of your psyche and work through trauma and grief?

Join Dr. Hasting in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii for a 3-day customized therapeutic intensive that includes up to 6 Sandplay therapy sessions.  Intensives can include inner child work, grief work, family of origin work, shadow and wholeness exploration, and trauma treatment.  Dr. Hasting will work with you to create a specialized intensive therapeutic program to address your specific needs and goals.  

Intensives are held Saturday through Monday and must be booked in advance.  Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodations, and food.  

With 20 years of experience as a therapist, Dr. Hasting is adept at leading individuals and couples through journeys of transformation.  She is a Registered Sandplay Practitioner with Sandplay Therapists of America. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting and uses psychodynamic therapy interventions and expressive arts.
